Education and experience We are looking for a candidate that has a demonstrated track record in designing and delivering relevant business solutions at the forefront of learning and knowledge management technology. Relevant experience in this field is more important than education. Preferably you have an academic background in learning, knowledge management, project management and/or HR related studies. Must: 

• Minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a program manager in an international setting.
• 8+ years of experience consulting with senior leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of being a trusted partner.
• Experience in running Infrastructure projects; designing and delivering Learning & Knowledge management (platform) solutions.
• Advanced presentation skills and flexibility to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills (both c-level and operational)
• Experience in linking key business challenges to learning capabilities and organizational effectiveness needs and translate this into change and development initiatives.

Preferred:

• Experience with, and knowledge of LMS (Cornerstone) and LXP (EdCast) learning platform solutions.
• Familiar with Agile SAFE and Scrum methodology\
