On this journey, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Workday Consultant who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Support & maintain Workday: solving issues, executing several standard requests, performing data loads and impact assessments, configuring changes, testing and analysing releases;
• Analyse (business) requirements and describe pros and cons of solution options, propose new design in line with global design and design principles;
• Cooperate closely with global and local HR teams to understand their needs and pro-actively come up with solutions for improving Workday;
• Develop and give training to global and local HR teams and non HR teams on how to use the system in case of new features;
• Cooperate with IT colleagues to also include impact of changes on integrations and downstream systems.

Top 3 responsibilities
• Continuously developing and building the chosen solutions to improve the Workday system and create the optimal working of the system
• Delivering and challenging the team developers and business analyst on all topics related to quality
• looking for technical and performance improvements in the chosen solution
• Having a strong customer focus and good communication skills in order to be able to deliver the best results for the team
Requirements:
• University Degree preferably in the field of Computer Sciences, Information Technology or Business Administration.
• A quality mindset
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes
• Team player who can work under pressure and set priorities and who sees having fun as part of the job.
• Knowledge of and experience with DevOps teams, (scaled) Agile.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent Workday configuration experience in the Recruitment and Talent & Performance module and 1 year in one or more additional modules such as HCM core, Absence, (Advanced) Compensation, Learning or Expenses.
• Fluent in English and preferably another foreign language (Portuguese, Spanish would be very nice) both verbal and written.
