On this journey, we are looking for Talent Acquisition Consultant who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities within the team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant with at least one year of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and help maintain a positive employer brand throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience through to joining.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS / recruitment tracking system.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition. (Internship experience is also good)
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing to onboarding.
• Hands-on sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Working knowledge of ATS / recruitment tracking tools.
• Ability to screen candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of offer management and salary negotiation.
• Knowledge in branding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mode- Hybrid(3 days at office is mandatory)
