On this journey, we are looking for Senior Windows System Engineer who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Windows Server–based infrastructure
• Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services
• Manage virtualized environments using VMware
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
• Troubleshoot complex OS, networking, and infrastructure issues
• Work closely with network, security, and application teams to ensure stable operations
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management
• Ensure security hardening, patching, backup, and recovery best practices

Requirements:

• Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Active Directory (AD DS, GPOs, users, groups)
• DNS and DHCP
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnets, routing)
• Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services
• VMware virtualization

Good-to-Have:

• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience with patch management and monitoring tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent process knowledge
