Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Solid expertise in Active Directory (AD DS, Group Policy Objects, Users & Groups)
• Strong knowledge of DNS and DHCP
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Subnets, Routing)
• Experience with Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills

Must-Have Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Configure, manage, and support Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
• Manage and optimize VMware virtualized environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure high service reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operating system, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with network, security, and application teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow infrastructure best practices and operational standards.
