Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, FSC capabilities, integrations, and Salesforce Agentforce for AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Implement FSC capabilities such as Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Manage FSC data models, Person Accounts, and support data migration activities.
• Design and implement Agentforce AI workflows, Topics, Actions, and Prompt Templates.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance business processes.
