Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance domains to support Salesforce CRM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce FSC, business process analysis, solution design, and Salesforce Agentforce for implementing AI-powered customer engagement and workflow automation solutions. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce FSC solutions.
• Design and configure Client 360, Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries.
• Map Salesforce solutions to Customer Onboarding, KYC, AML, Relationship Management, and Portfolio Management processes.
• Design and implement Agentforce-powered AI solutions using Agent Builder, Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and Agent Instructions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations, automation, and customization requirements.
• Support testing, UAT, business validation, training, and stakeholder workshops.
• Prepare business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional design documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Copilot, and AI capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise integration concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of KYC, AML, GDPR, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Language Requirement

Dutch language proficiency required.
