Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Agentforce solutions for financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, enterprise integrations, security, AI-powered automation, and delivering scalable CRM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce FSC solution architecture, including Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries.
• Lead enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other enterprise integration platforms.
• Drive Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
• Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including AI Agents, Agent Builder, Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and AI-driven workflows.
• Ensure platform security, governance, scalability, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
• Salesforce AI Specialist
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Certification
