On this journey, we are looking for Labvantage Consultant who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

As a ‘Labvantage consultant’, you work independently and at your own discretion, You will carry out the following assignment: Setting up and implementing the new LIMS and delivering the LIMS processes linked to clusters of forensic expertise areas (medical, biological, chemical, physical, and digital forensic).

Performance Objective

The performance consists of completing the activities mentioned below in order to deliver the results listed below. This is determined in advance each quarter and assessed afterwards.

Activities

• Performing fit-gap analyses between the existing forensic business work processes and the work processes as advised by the LabVantage LIMS;
• Performing information analyses and identifying any bottlenecks arising during implementation based on technical and functional requirements collected by the team for connecting laboratory equipment to the LabVantage LIMS; Setting up and implementing the LabVantage LIMS based on technical requirements established by the team and functional requirements established by the business;
• Supporting ,in contact with the LIMS supplier regarding configuration issues and optimization of the use of the LIMS.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of LIMS solutions, demonstrable via product certifications;
• Experience with setting up and implementing LIMS solutions, demonstrable via project descriptions and references; Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience with the Labvantage Medical solution, demonstrable via product certifications, project descriptions, and references;
• Knowledge of and experience with the LabVantage Forensic Navigator solution, demonstrable via product certifications, project descriptions, and references;
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• Knowledge and experience working within the government sector;
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers;
• Experience managing the requirements and expectations of (business) end users.
