Job Summary:
The HR and Contracts Administrator will be a vital part of the team, focusing primarily on the Contract Department. The role includes preparing and managing employee contracts, handling contract changes, and processing terminations. Additionally, the incumbent will support the transition and enhancement of HR processes and systems alongside a dedicated team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and manage employee contracts and document amendments.
- Process termination of employment.
- Assist in transitioning and improving HR processes and systems.
- Collaborate with a team of 11 to support various administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Flexibility, precision, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient communication abilities.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with a minimum proficiency of C1.
- Availability to work between 28 to 40 hours per week.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Educational background: MBO+ or HBO degree in HR, Finance, or a related discipline.
