On this journey, we are looking for Automation Engineer (Ansible) who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

Requirements:

• Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories for infrastructure and application automation.
• Implement and manage Git-based workflows, including version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD integration.
• Integrate automation with orchestration and scheduling tools such as Rundeck, Ansible Tower/AWX, or Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain YAML configurations and Jinja2 templates for scalable and reusable automation. ·
• Write and enhance Python scripts for automation logic, validations, or custom Ansible modules
• Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and optimize execution reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Platform, and Infrastructure teams to promote automation best practices.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Automation-first mindset with attention to reusability, scalability, and maintainability.

Expectations from the Role:

• Work within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and contribute to Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Team player, positive attitude, good communicator, friendly personality able to work in a multicultural environment
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to support incremental delivery.
• Evaluate Customer Needs based on requirements, assist with the functional specifications and collaborate on technical design specifications for projects and innovations.
• Adhere to ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management (ServiceNow or equivalent).
• Need to promote specialized technical solutions.
• Maintains client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor.
• You’ll work in an agile environment that focuses on high velocity and responds quickly to new insights.
• As an SME you’ll work closely and at a high pace with other engineers, product, design and other internal key stakeholders, as well as have a direct line of sight into how your work solves real-world problems from our clients and accelerates business.
