Innogy Global is a German utility company providing energy and mobility solutions. In 2019 Innogy was acquired by the largest utility provider of Europe, EON. Innogy started a SAP Ariba full suite implementation just before the acquisition and involved Brainbox Consulting for project management services. The scope for Brainbox Consulting contained the following modules:
- SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing
- SAP Ariba Contract Management
- SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Management
- S/4 HANA Central Procurement (multi-ERP)
Our project manager worked closely with SAP Ariba Consulting. Together we supported Innogy Global to cope with the impact of M&A activities on the Ariba project timeline and scope. Brainbox Consulting provided solution architecture and project governance within a very complex customer landscape.
