Job Overview:

Xpertdoc Consultant to help clear a growing backlog, provide mentoring to the DevOps team, and ensure high-quality solutions using Xpertdoc  Smart Flows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Proficiency in Dutch is preferred due to the language of many documents.

Responsibilities:

• Backlog Management: Address and reduce Xpertdoc-related development tasks.
• Smart Flow Development: Design, implement, and optimize Xpertdoc Smart Flows in Dynamics CRM.
• Team Mentorship: Support and guide junior team members.
• Quality Assurance: Review Xpertdoc solutions and ensure they meet high standards.
• Collaboration: Work with DevOps and business teams to improve processes.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years experience with Xpertdoc (Smart Flows, template design).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and document automation.
• Strong understanding of DevOps processes and workflows.
• Troubleshooting and optimization of document generation.
• Good communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred:

• Dutch language proficiency (reading/writing).
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, or CRM data structures.
