About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior User Researcher to join our team on an exciting initiative to build an AI tool for Transaction Services (TS). This tool will help identify cross-sales opportunities among non-TS clients (e.g., Lending, Financial Markets, etc.).

As the User Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in discovery research, guiding the team with actionable insights, and ensuring a structured, user-centered approach to problem validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute discovery research to support early-stage product development.

• Collaborate with data scientists to design and test AI-generated insights with target audiences.

• Provide high-quality, actionable insights that inform product direction and PoC validation.

• Coach the discovery team in applying structured, user-centered research methods.

• Engage and influence stakeholders, including those with differing perspectives, through strong communication and storytelling.

• Translate research findings into clear recommendations for product design and strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in User Research roles within tech teams, with a strong background in strategic research.

• Proven expertise in early-stage product discovery.

• Strong collaboration experience with data science teams.

• Solid understanding of how to validate and test AI-driven insights with users.

• Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional alignment.

• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have (Plus)

• Experience with Figma; ability to translate research outcomes into preliminary design concepts.

• Knowledge of Wholesale Banking (WB) products, particularly Transaction Services PCM products.
