Required Skills:

• Expertise in user experience and interface design.
• Ability to provide insight into user needs and behaviors.
• Experience in setting up systems from a user perspective.
• Proactively thinking along and offering support in the project development process.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience at mid or senior level, with similar projects in which user-oriented design is central.

Additional requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a UX/UI Designer, we like it when you can show a portfolio with digital designs, UX cases, sketches, wireframes and prototypes
• Experience with design systems, responsive design and usability testing
• Experience with design software, specifically Figma, for creating intuitive and effective designs.
• Familiarity with the Mendix platform, as our frontend is based on it.
• Experience in quickly integrating into ongoing projects and contributing directly to progress and successes.
