We are seeking a Test Manager to lead a strategic program, The role involves managing six workstreams within a Credits program, addressing challenges in the Definition of Default implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and DevOps teams across workstreams.
• Develop and deliver an integrated test strategy, ensuring alignment across the program.
• Drive all test cycles, including Non-Functional Testing, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, communication, and reporting for seamless program delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven expertise in Test Management for large-scale programs, including end-to-end test delivery.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry, with knowledge of the Credits domain and regulatory requirements.
• Strong consultancy and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex environments.
• Ability to drive results by aligning teams with diverse backlogs and priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in dynamic delivery environments.
