On this journey, we are looking for Sr. UAT Test Analyst who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing within a large international IT program in the insurance and financial services sector. The role involves managing UAT strategy, governance, and stakeholder collaboration across global teams in agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage UAT strategy, test plans, timelines, and scope.

• Oversee test scenarios, coverage, entry/exit criteria, and sign-off processes.

• Drive UAT execution with business SMEs and global test teams.

• Monitor risks, quality metrics, and overall go-live readiness.

• Provide leadership and direction to UAT analysts and country test teams.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize scope based on risk and business value.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in testing or related roles within the insurance or financial services sector.

• Proven experience leading and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Experience working in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.

• ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (or equivalent certification).

• Good knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright.

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
