We are seeking a Software System Engineer who design and develop software embracing Systems Engineering methodologies such as FMEA and Reliability test protocols.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing/creating FMEA/Reliability trainings material for SW
• Co-deliver FMEA/Reliability trainings for SW
• Coaching Software engineers on how to apply Systems Engineering to software
• Working on projects to keep hands on quality engineering experience and stay updated with latest innovation development

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor/master in the Software Engineering area
• 8+ years of experience in Software design and development
• Passionate about applying Systems Engineering methods in the Software domain
• R&D background and mindset with knowledge of product and software development
• Working experience with Medical regulated environment is preferred
• 6Sigma certifications are welcome
• A talented (natural) trainer, able to explain complex concept in easy-to-understand terms, able to catch people’s attention
• Strong team player
• Willing to travel up to 20 percent: deliver trainings, onsite support.
