On this journey, we are looking for ServiceNow developer with UX design knowledge who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.
Requirements:
- Experience with ServiceNow modules ITSM, Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Customer Service Management, and Knowledge Management.
- At least 1 year of experience at a complex financial organization
- Experience conducting UI/UX workshops and creating User Personas
- Experience as a Technical Lead
Relevant Knowledge:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch
- HBO (higher professional education) and/or university (academic) work and thinking level
- ServiceNow
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Experience working in a scrum team
- Experience with Figma
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills and able to participate in discussions at various levels within the organization.
- Can provide strategic, tactical, and operational insights into complex architectural issues at various levels.
- Persuasive and therefore able to engage people and win them over to their ideas.
- Coaching skills and able to coach and train colleagues
