On this journey, we are looking for ServiceNow Developer who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.
With strong expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions and leading integrations across enterprise platforms to enhance visibility, automation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Design, implement, and support ServiceNow SAM and ITOM solutions
- Lead and execute integrations across multiple enterprise systems
- Configure and optimize ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector
- Ensure seamless data flow, system performance, and platform reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions
- Support roadmap planning and implementation aligned with business priorities
Key Implementation Scope
- Integration with Oracle to enable proper agent permissions for data collection
- Integration with Single Sign-On (SSO) providers, specifically Microsoft Entra ID, to track software usage across applications
- Integration with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform
- Integration with IBM / Red Hat systems
- Integration with SAP ABAP and SAP SuccessFactors
- Integration with GitHub for enhanced visibility and governance
- Implementation of ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM and ITOM
- Proven experience in enterprise integrations across multiple platforms
- Good understanding of SSO integrations (Microsoft Entra ID preferred)
- Experience with ITOM Discovery and Agent Client Collector
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
