Senior Mendix Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, expanding, and optimizing enterprise-grade Mendix applications. Experienced in Agile SAFe environments, supporting large-scale digital transformation programs including SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 transitions. Strong expertise in translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance low-code solutions integrated with SAP, REST services, and workflow orchestration tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance existing Mendix applications within the SAP S/4 transition program.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and story clarification.

• Lead development activities and mentor junior developers within Agile SAFe teams.

• Manage the full Mendix application lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SAP interfaces, and workflow tools like Flowable.

• Ensure application security, encryption standards, performance optimization, and best practices compliance.

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to enhance system reliability and sustainability.

• Support DevOps processes and maintain CI/CD best practices.
