Overview

The Interim SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Solution Architect will support the Future of Finance and IRIS transformation initiatives by leading the functional and technical design of SAP S/4HANA O2C processes. This role is accountable for ensuring end-to-end solution integrity across the SAP SD module, with strong integration into adjacent systems and enterprise platforms.

Operating in an interim capacity, the role will balance strategic design oversight with hands-on delivery support, ensuring stability, scalability, and readiness throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and governance of SAP S/4HANA O2C solutions, primarily across the SD module

• Ensure solution integrity and integration with adjacent systems (e.g. Finance, Logistics, Billing, external platforms)

• Evaluate new business demands, validate requirements against SAP and industry best practices, and translate them into scalable solutions

• Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners and System Integrators to drive high-quality delivery

• Own and maintain the O2C roadmap, ensuring alignment with transformation milestones and architectural standards

Key Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash, with strong SD module knowledge

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale SAP or finance/ERP transformation programs

• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and cross-functional integration points

• Experience working with global stakeholders and system integrators.

• Ability to operate effectively in an interim or transition role, balancing delivery and governance

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Confident in challenging requirements while maintaining constructive partnerships
