Brainbox is seeking a highly technical & functional SAP SD / OTC Lead Consultant to support a greenfield implementation of S/4HANA Cloud. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC), classic LO-VC, and SAP pricing structures, with the ability to translate complex cost calculations into accurate and dynamic sales pricing.

This is a lead role requiring deep technical/ functional know-how and hands-on skills, with a focus on optimizing the OTC (Order-to-Cash) process in a manufacturing context that deals with complex configurable products. Experience with SAP CPQ is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of variant configuration models using both LO-VC and Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) in S/4HANA Cloud.
• Configure and maintain dynamic pricing conditions based on variant selections and cost inputs.
• Perform cost price calculations per variant (e.g., A, B, C types) and map them to customer-facing sales prices.
• Optimize and standardize the end-to-end OTC process within a highly customizable manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate across departments (Production, Finance, Controlling) to ensure aligned and efficient process integration.
• Drive the technical roadmap for SD topics, ensuring full alignment with overall solution architecture.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other consultants and stakeholders as SD/OTC stream lead.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with SAP SD, OTC, and pricing configuration.
• Strong expertise in Variant Configuration (LO-VC) and Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC).
• Knowledge of SAP CPQ and integration scenarios is a plus.
• Prior experience in S/4HANA Cloud projects, preferably greenfield.
• Technically oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex product logic into system configuration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
