Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC SD and WMS Consultant to support the design phase of a strategic migration program. The consultant will help transition a legacy Warehouse Management System (WMS) to an integrated SAP ECC solution with Witron as an external warehouse automation partner. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP SD and SAP WM process expertise with strong architectural thinking, integration knowledge, and hands-on experience in logistics and warehouse automation environments.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Blueprinting: Lead functional workshops to design To-Be Order-to-Cash and warehouse processes for legacy WMS to SAP ECC migration.

Integration with Witron: Define and document SAP ECC integration with Witron WCS/WES covering IDocs, RF transactions, stock movements, and error handling.

Migration & System Alignment: Translate legacy WMS processes into SAP ECC WM/SD requirements, including master data, warehouse structure, and stock handling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with SD, MM, LE, Finance, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment and adoption.

Documentation & Validation: Create and validate functional specifications, blueprints, and interface documents through walkthroughs and early simulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10+ years hands-on experience in SAP ECC SD and SAP ECC WM.
  Deep understanding of:
  Sales order management (pricing, ATP, deliveries, billing).
  Warehouse management (putaway, picking, replenishment, handling units).
  Logistics execution processes (transportation, shipment, outbound flows).
• Integration & Technical Understanding
• Knowledge of Witron integration is a strong advantage (WCS, OPM, CPS, or similar automated warehouse platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to run workshops, challenge requirements, and propose optimized solutions.
• Excellent communication with both business and technical teams.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work independently during early‑stage design.
