On this journey, we are looking for a Project Manager Scalable Health who oversees health programs from start to finish and achieve organizational health goals.

Introduction to the job:

We are seeking a professional with a strong background in project and program management, who also possesses expertise in optimizing system landscapes and has successfully led similar transition projects before.

Business Case Health: Develop and present a compelling business case, highlighting benefits, costs, and expected outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan programs, manage stakeholders, oversee budgets, monitor performance, mitigate risks, and lead teams.
  • Governance: Establish frameworks for accountability and compliance with health regulations.
  • Organizational Design: Design structures to support program delivery and foster collaboration.
  • Processes: Develop, implement, and continuously improve health program processes.
  • System Landscape: Implement and maintain technology solutions for health programs.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators, and analyze data for improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and implement process improvements.
  • Voice Bot: Develop and integrate voice bot solutions to support health programs.
  • Triage: Implement triage systems to prioritize program activities.
  • Housing: Develop and implement housing strategies for program participants.
  • Competencies: Define and develop key competencies for program management.
  • Managers Training: Develop and deliver training programs for health program managers.
  • Health Experts Training: Develop and deliver training programs for health experts.
  • HR BP’s Training: Develop training programs for HR Business Partners involved in health programs.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Change: Plan and implement changes to improve program outcomes.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies.
  • Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for health program staff.

NOTE:

  • Dutch CV and Cover letter is mandatory !
  • Dutch speaking is mandatory.
  • Relevant experience in managing similar transition project is a critical requirement for this role. Candidates who lack demonstrable experience in comparable initiatives will not be considered for future evaluation.
