Job Description
We are currently transitioning from a standard learning offering to a tailored, modular learning offering to better fit each type of role. This transition has significant operational impacts, and we are seeking a Project Lead to assess this impact and develop an operational implementation plan.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the impact of increased modularity and customizability on our training processes and operations. (incl. training demand analysis, training planning & delivery, and trainee completion)
• Present various options with their respective pros and cons and propose the optimal solution.

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in process optimization as a Project Manager.
• Preferred experience in a high-tech, engineering environment.
