Key Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Power Platform.
• 10+ years building automated workflows to streamline business processes.
• Proven senior-level expertise with Microsoft Digital Contact Center solutions.
• Solid understanding of JSON and API integrations.
• 5+ years working within an Azure environment.
• 5+ years leading and facilitating workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• 5+ years of IT experience in a large-scale organization (1,000+ employees) or within the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch.
• Academic / higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking.

• Microsoft Certified: PL-200 – Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: PL-100 – Power Platform App Maker
