Brainbox Consulting BV is seeking a Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) with strong hands-on experience in Pega Constellation to lead enterprise digital transformation programs. This is a senior-level role requiring architectural ownership, technical leadership, and close collaboration with Dutch-speaking business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Pega solutions using Pega Constellation

• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Pega applications

• Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and enterprise standards

• Define integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven integrations)

• Guide and mentor System Architects and development teams

• Drive quality, performance optimization, and governance

• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders (Dutch-speaking environment)

• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment strategies

Required Skills & Experience

• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation architecture

• 8+ years of Pega implementation experience

• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise Pega solutions

• Strong integration and architectural design skills

• Experience in Agile delivery environments

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) – Mandatory

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
