On this journey, we are looking for a Organizational Change Manager who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

Job mission

As IT Organizational Change Manager you will be responsible to drive the organizational change forward, improving our partnership with the business, leveraging our strategic partners, improving our operating model and supporting a development culture within our teams. Part of this mission is to make sure we capture our best practices and develop new solutions to improve our working practices as well as to ensure they are deployed in department, supporting recognition from the people that our segment is a great place to work.

 

Role and responsibilities

  • Enhance Business & IT partnership by establishing a more integrated Business-IT governance structure;
  • Develop our people by developing culture, behavior, knowledge and competence to make IT & Data a top-performing sector;
  • Step up Sourcing & Leverage our Strategic partners by strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers to benefit their innovations and future upgrades;
  • Improve our Operating Model by improving business connection and realize more efficient IT & Data delivery and operations;
  • Understand the concerns & struggles from the teams, but also the successes and possible cross-learning.

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration or Information technology.

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience with initiating and leading change programs;
  • Setting up new natural teams and processes in a matrix organization;
  • Project portfolio, or program management;
  • Demonstrated experience coaching SAFe way of working in an agile environment;
  • Experience in high tech industry is a pré.

Personal skills

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and create structures to govern change;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, from operational level to medior management level;
  • Ability to influence without power;
  • Change management & integration (new ways of working into existing business processes);
