Role Summary:
As a Learning Solution Designer, you will be responsible for translating business needs into impactful Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), architects, and content curators to develop learning materials that align with global quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis
- Understand learning needs by interacting with business partners, architects, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Analyze capability requirements and create plans to address skill gaps.
Design

Design comprehensive learning solutions using modern methodologies and technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders and other learning designers to share best practices.

Ensure designs adhere to global standards, processes, and architectural guidelines.

Develop impact measurement and reporting plans.
Development

Develop high-quality learning materials, programs, and interventions (e.g., Instructor-led Training (ILT), eLearning, Blended Learning).

Apply adult learning principles to maximize knowledge transfer and skill development.

Ensure developed materials resonate with diverse audiences.
Learning & Knowledge Management

Utilize and promote innovative learning strategies, platforms, and technologies.

Integrate knowledge management into the learning process, ensuring easy access to knowledge assets.

Maintain and enhance learning systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Management Systems.

Contribute to the governance, standards, and metrics of knowledge assets.
Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Evaluation

Design evaluation tools such as surveys, feedback forms, and structured interviews.

Assess the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions.
Key Requirements:

Master’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level.

Solid experience in designing and developing learning solutions.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Knowledge of business processes across various domains.

Experience with learning technologies, tools, and platforms.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
