On this journey, we are looking for Ivalua Integrator who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

Responsible for designing and managing integrations within the Ivalua platform, including APIs, JSON, XML, and Ivalua Connect. Works closely with procurement and supply chain teams to map PR, RFQ, and Vendor Master data, perform SQL-based validation, and ensure smooth end‑to‑end integration delivery. Supports testing, issue resolution, and project execution with strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage integrations across Ivalua modules using APIs, JSON, XML, and Ivalua Connect.
  • Develop integration mappings for PR, PO, RFQ, Vendor Master, and Contract data flows.
  • Collaborate with ERP teams (SAP/Oracle), middleware teams, and business teams to define integration logic.
  • Perform end‑to‑end data validation using SQL across staging, middleware, and Ivalua environments.
  • Handle workflow-triggered integrations and ensure error‑free transactions between systems.
  • Troubleshoot interface failures, resolve defects, and support hypercare post‑go‑live.
  • Prepare technical design documents, integration mapping sheets, and deployment guides.
  • Drive SIT, UAT integration validation, and performance testing.
  • Ensure all integrations meet business requirements, security standards, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as an Ivalua Integrator, focusing on API‑based, JSON/XML integrations.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Ivalua Connect, interface configurations, middleware mapping & integration flows.
  • Expertise in SQL for data validation, debugging, and cross‑system data comparison.
  • Understanding of S2P processes, including PR, PO, RFQ, Supplier onboarding, and Master Data structures.
  • Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, and SRM functional business flows.
  • Experience integrating with external systems (ERP, Supplier systems, Middleware, Cloud platforms).
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of total experience with strong Ivalua integration exposure.
  • Added advantage: Integration experience in Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, SAP P2P, or Oracle Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in cross‑functional teams with business & technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel 10–15% (domestic/international).
