On this journey, we are looking for a IT Supply Delivery Manager who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.
Responsibilities:
- Advisory Role: Proactively providing strategic advisory services to ensure the successful development, negotiation, award, and management of sourcing approaches and ecosystem partnerships.
- Strategic Influence: Engage with senior stakeholders to spearhead key initiatives, offering profound sourcing insights and innovative solutions. Leverage commercial excellence and procurement expertise to drive optimal outcomes.
- Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, guiding teams and stakeholders through challenging scenarios, with a focus on achieving procurement and commercial excellence.
- Challenging the Status Quo: Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in procurement and commercial processes, knowing when to push back or gently nudge for optimal results.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with commercial and procurement objectives.
- Decision-Making: Exhibit sound judgment in decision-making, balancing progress with stakeholder alignment, and incorporating commercial and procurement insights.
- Commercial excellence: Demonstrated expertise in reviewing RFPs and SOWs. Skilled in establishing and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), metrics, and KPIs to secure best-in-class sourcing deals and foster strategic partnerships.
- Autonomy: it is essential that this person can work autonomously and be trusted and empowered to make key business decisions without the supervision of a direct report
Requirements:
- Writing high-quality, clear, actionable advisory documents and delivering them through various media.
- Proven experience in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in leveraging commercial excellence and deal-making.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, crucial for successful deal-making.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, driving value through commercial improvement and innovation.
- Experience in deploying major global transformational projects (e.g., ERP).
- Proficient project management skills, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Strong change management skills, adept at guiding organizations through transitions and transformations.
- Expertise in project delivery, utilizing advanced tooling and enablers to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- No direct report – autonomy
Additional Details:
- Part-Time: 32 hours per week.
- Onsite: Onsite presence is a must.
