We are looking for a Data Analyst who can support the business with actionable insights from data. You will work with both structured and unstructured data, across batch and streaming environments, and collaborate closely with agile teams within Digital & Customer Interactions and Digital Platform. By turning data into clear insights, you help stakeholders achieve their goals and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable business insights using structured and unstructured data

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and perform ad-hoc analyses

• Work with batch and streaming data in Azure Databricks

• Challenge and support stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions

• Collaborate with data teams, product owners, and DevOps in an agile setup

• Validate insights with stakeholders and continuously improve data solutions

• Experience with developing code in Databricks
• Experience with Pyspark is an advantage
