Role and responsibilities
Collaborate with various stakeholders like Java platform engineers, application developers from the customer teams, chief product owners, system architects and several other engineers across from the core IT teams.

Main roles & responsibilities:

• Requirements assessment & stakeholder management
• Enriching the platform setup with the new functionalities and features
• Expert advice & services
• Life cycle management of the platform
• Supporting the customer teams (Incident handling)

Education and Skills

• Bachelor or Master-level education in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of hands on experience as a cloud platform engineer, preferably in a corporate, technology-related environment.
• Experienced in collaborating in accordance to the framework of SAFe and/or Agile Scrum.
• Experience as a Java, Spring & Microservices based software development
• Docker (Kubernetes) experience is MUST next to the following tools

Must have:

• Kubernetes
• Azure Cloud
• Postgres
• Git
• GitLab Platform Maintenance
• Application configuration management with Yaml (preferably helm).
• Creating and managing the CICD pipelines
• Cloud infrastructure with Terraform
• Java/Python programming experience
• Prometheus
• OpenTelemetry
• Grafana (Loki, Grafana, Tempo , Mimir)

• Sonarqube
• Hashicorp Vault
• MongoDB
• CNCF tooling landscape
