Job mission

You will support the behavior scientist on deliverables such as:

• Executing regular phishing simulations.
• Execution of behavior surveys as part of security culture assessments.
• Enriching the outcome of those surveys with quantitative and qualitative data points.
• Design dashboards.
• Generate analytic reports, with recommendations to stakeholders.

Education and experience

• Behavioral science background or experience in behavioral analysis and cultural analysis.
• Experience in security is a plus.
• Experience in descriptive and prescriptive data analysis, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience in data analysis with behavioral component is a plus.
• User experience with analytics and data visualization tools such as Excel, Qualtrics or PowerBI.
• Experience in survey design and results analysis is a plus.
• Experience in data dashboard design and management.
• Experience in design and creation of analytical reports.
• Experience working in a corporate environment.
• Experience in internal community management is a plus.
