Description
We are looking for a Generative AI Architect to help shape the next generation of AI-enabled workflows in our Wireless Connectivity Standardization team (5G, 6G, Wi-Fi). In this role, we need somebody to design and build practical GenAI solutions that improve how we create, analyze, and use technical and IP&S-related content in fast-moving standardization environments.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Microsoft’s AI ecosystem, workflow automation, and enterprise integration is a strong plus.
• The person will work side by side with wireless connectivity experts to turn high-value use cases into reliable tools. The human-in-the-loop design principle is fundamental to these tools, as they are intended to support and augment experts, not replace them.
• Design and implement advanced and scalable GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI systems for real business workflows.
• Improve and extend existing Copilot agents and build automations around IPR lifecycle activities, including structured sum‐maries, metadata generation, and workfl ow updates.
• Prototype more advanced solutions such as retrieval of documents, identification of relevant topics, and support for document improvement.
• Evaluate solution quality, accuracy, robustness, and failure handling, and create reusable components and documentation for long-term evolution.
• Partner closely with domain experts, who provide the technical logic and prompt directions, while leading the tooling, architecture, and environment setup.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with data pipeline engineering, LLMs,RAG system design, orchestration/agentic frameworks, prompt/context engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Proven ability to move from a prototype to a reliable, scalable internal solution.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary experts in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Familiarity with telecom, wireless systems, or standardization workflows is highly valued.
