On this journey, we are looking for Senior SAP Treasury Management Consultant who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP TRM (Treasury Mgt) Consultant with extensive experience in Treasury Management processes in specific (SAP TRM), to lead a on/offshore SAP transformation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP finance modules, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex Treasury Mgt solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP TRM module.
• Engage in the full lifecycle of SAP TRM implementation, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP TRM, providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
• Manage and configure SAP TRM processes, covering Hedge Accounting, In-house Bank, In-house Cash, Cash management, Cash app, APM (advanced Payment mgt) Risk management , BCM, Identifying opportunities to leverage SAP’s best practices
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding junior consultants through the implementation and configuration processes.
• Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demonstrate SAP TRM capabilities and solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial management processes and methodologies, and innovations.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during project execution.
• Conduct fit to std workshop

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience working with SAP finance modules, 10+ years in SAP TRM
• Proven expertise in implementing and configuring SAP TRM modules
• Strong understanding of financial Treasury Management processes
• In-depth knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO, TRM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based financial management solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
