Desired Skills -Technical/Behavioral

• 7-10 years of IT SFDC experience
• Salesforce Products: CPQ, Sales Cloud, Partner Communities.
• Programming Languages: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning(intermediate), JavaScript(intermediate), HTML.
• Skills: Price & Product Rules, Bundle Configuration, Quote Templates,Advance Approval, Salescloud ·
• Experience in Salesforce CRM concepts, Configuration Methods and Apex Programming (Triggers, Apex Controllers, Visualforce Pages )
• 3-5 years of experience as SFDC Architect senior (or only) · Experience in Salesforce Integration methodologies – Outbound and Inbound APIs using REST/JSON, SFDC Security model, lightning components ·
• Experience with Sales and/or Service cloud – lead, opportunity, commissions contracts, cases, live agent, Omni channel, Knowledge management etc

Must-Have

• Experience in enterprise product modelling with Cloudsense CPQ is needed, product modelling with any tool a plus
• Experience with salesforce communities – using standard salesforce template or custom templates
• Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, jscript, Force.com platform and Integration methodologies
• 5+ years of experience with technical implementations of CRM projects · Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to deployment using automation tools like Jenkins, Team city, Ant scripting etc.
• Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is required · Salesforce.com Certification is strongly preferred

Good-to-Have

• Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Oracle etc.) a plus.

Responsibility from the Role:

Solution Architecture & Design

• Create end-to-end Salesforce architectures (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds) that translate business requirements into technical designs. o
• Define enterprise-wide architectural standards, reusable frameworks, and governance practices.

Technical Leadership

• Lead development teams throughout the SDLC, ensuring best practices, code quality, and alignment to design.
• Conduct technical reviews, offer guidance, and mentor junior Salesforce professionals. ·

Integration & Data Management

• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Marketing tools, data lakes) via APIs or middleware like MuleSoft.
• Develop scalable data models, ensure data governance, quality, and comply with security/privacy standards.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and maintain access structures—profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy—ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).

Platform Optimization & Innovation

• Stay abreast of Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for continuous improvement.
• Lead POCs, prototype emerging Salesforce solutions, and drive adoption of innovative tools like Data Cloud and AI. ·

Documentation & Enablement

• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and system documentation.
• Conduct training and workshops—empowering teams on architectural standards and Salesforce best practices.
