On this journey, we are looking for Rubrik Backup Engineer who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level NAS platforms within mission-critical environments.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting the Rubrik Enterprise Data Protection Suite.
• Strong experience in Rubrik CDM to RSC migration, Rubrik cluster version upgrades, cluster build activities, and lifecycle management.
• Experienced in ransomware recovery, disaster recovery strategies, and Rubrik capacity management.
• Good knowledge of cyber resiliency and cybersecurity practices within enterprise backup and recovery environments.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, enterprise automation, and intelligent workflow management.
• Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, including integrations with SaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, ServiceNow, and Splunk.
• Experienced working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in protecting and managing SAP HANA, Kubernetes, Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, VMware vSphere VMs, and Active Directory environments.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the installation, configuration, and management of storage devices, filers, and backup appliances.
• Evaluate customer requirements, contribute to functional specifications, and collaborate on technical solution design for projects and innovations.
• Analyze, design, test, document, and implement solutions to ensure continuous data availability, integrity, backup, and protection.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor by maintaining strong client relationships and promoting specialized technical solutions.
• Work collaboratively in Agile environments with engineers, product teams, designers, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions at pace.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
