• Strong knowledge and prior experience in ServiceNow SAM and ITOM.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Able to execute and implement the following items in scope.
• Implementation scope and roadmap in SAM & ITOM:
• Integration with Microsoft dynamics and power platform.
• Integration with IBM/ Red Hat.
• Integration with SAP ABAP
• Integration with SAP succesfactors
• Integration with Github
• ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector
