Roles, responsibilities

• Design, development and operation of a new datastore to support the exchange of data.
• Java backend development.
• 4 years or more Oracle RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Linux and scripting.
• Administration of IT-Risk & Security controls and participation in audits.
• A good communicator in English (verbal, written & presentation).
• 4 years or more of data engineering, data quality, data integration patterns and techniques.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum or Kanban.
• Analytical (understanding complexity and think from the impact point of view not just solving problem directly).

Good to have and experience:

• Java- API development.
• Kafka Connect, Kafka Schema Registry, Kafka Streams API.
• ICHP/Kubernetes, Docker.
• Knowledgeable of controlling IT-Risk and Security Standards in banking industry.
• Identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving production issues by using a range of monitoring, test and alerting tools (Configuration, change, incident and problem Management).
• Build & deployment process automation (Azure DevOps, Ansible).
• Being able to automate and execute test cases.
