On this journey, we are looking for Site Reliability Engineer who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

Your Role
The day to day reliability and operational excellence of the MDM SaaS platform across Dev, Test, and Production environments. You manage Secure Agents, connectivity, monitoring, access, incident response, and platform automation. Working closely with DevOps, Security, Architects, and IT, you ensure the platform meets strict availability, performance, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations & Reliability

• Operate and maintain the Informatica IDMC platform (MDM SaaS, CDI, CAI, CDQ, CDGC) across environments.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of platform components, including Secure Agents and runtime services.
• Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for MDM platform services.
• Proactively identify and mitigate platform risks, capacity constraints, and failure modes.

Secure Agent & Infrastructure Management

• •Install, configure, patch, and operate Informatica Secure Agents in approved Azure environments.
• Manage agent scaling, high availability setups, and runtime isolation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on networking, firewall rules, DNS, certificates, and connectivity.

Monitoring, Observability & Incident Management

• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting for IDMC workloads and integrations.
• Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Operational Insights to detect and resolve issues.
• Lead or support incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post incident improvements.
• Drive a culture of blameless post mortems and continuous reliability improvement.

Access, Security & Compliance

• Administer IDMC access control, user groups, and environment level permissions in line with IAM standards.
• Support SSO (SAML/Azure AD) integrations and access audits.
• Work closely with Security teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, SOC2, and internal banking controls.
• Ensure secure handling of secrets, certificates, and credentials.

Automation & Platform Engineering

• Automate operational tasks using scripts, pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code where applicable.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by ensuring stable, repeatable, and predictable platform behavior.
• Contribute to platform runbooks, operational procedures, and handover documentation.
• Continuously improve platform reliability through automation and standardization.

Collaboration & Enablement

•  Act as the platform reliability counterpart to DevOps, Data Engineers, and Architects.
• Support squads during releases, migrations, and major changes.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex platform and runtime issues.
• Provide operational readiness input for new domains, integrations, and workloads.

Technical Qualifications

• Strong experience with Informatica IDMC (MDM SaaS, CDI, CAI, CDQ) or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Hands on experience operating platforms on Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and runtime architectures.
• Proven experience in SRE, platform operations, or DevOps adjacent roles.
• Strong background in monitoring, alerting, incident management, and RCA.
• Experience defining and operating against availability and reliability metrics.
• Understanding of IAM, RBAC, SSO (SAML), and secure platform operations.
• Experience working in regulated environments (banking, finance, or similar).
