On this journey, we are looking for SAP S/4HANA Lead Consultant who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

About the Role
As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Lead Consultant, you will be the first point of contact in customer engagements, leading initial discovery workshops to understand business needs, assessing readiness, and shape transformation paths. You bring deep expertise in at least one SAP module, but also have breadth and insight to identify when and which additional experts are needed. You’ll guide clients through early-stage planning and continue to support delivery through design and implementation phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to assess current ERP landscapes, identify business challenges, and define high-level solution approaches.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solution concepts and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on consulting in your area of SAP expertise (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, etc.).
• Identify and coordinate the involvement of additional experts when needed for deeper dives.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Support presales activities, including scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the transformation journey.

Requirements

• A completed Bachelor degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP consulting, with deep expertise in at least one core module.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and early-phase assessments.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA capabilities, transformation approaches, and industry best practices.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch language skills are a strong plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
