On this journey, we are looking for Ivalua Functional Consultant/ Configurator who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.
Responsible for designing and managing integrations within the Ivalua platform, including APIs, JSON, XML, and Ivalua Connect. Works closely with procurement and supply chain teams to map PR, RFQ, and Vendor Master data, perform SQL-based validation, and ensure smooth end‑to‑end integration delivery. Supports testing, issue resolution, and project execution with strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate new workflow steps with existing RFQ functionalities without modifying RFQ templates or sourcing events.
- Work with business teams to gather workflow‑related requirements and translate into configuration.
- Validate workflow behavior end‑to‑end including PR → RFQ → PR resume steps.
- Collaborate with technical teams for workflow triggers, interacting with external applications.
- Support solution testing, documentation, and hypercare.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Ivalua workflow configuration.
- Knowledge of S2P processes and PR/RFQ interactions.
- Experience integrating workflow logic with external systems.
- Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, Procurement combined with excellent Project Management skills
Experience and knowledge of working on SQL
- Bachelor degree / Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field
- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Ivalua Certified
- Added advantage of implementation experience of working on Ariba, Zycus, Coupa
- Experience with implementing any Cloud P2P solution, SAP or Oracle solutions would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and expresses opinion
- Strong consulting skills and team work
- Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with colleagues in different teams is essential
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
