On this journey, we are looking for IT & Data Process Consultant, who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.
Role and responsibilities
As the IT & Data Process Consultant, you will be working on further building up our in-house process and data modeling capabilities using Lean & Six Sigma practices for process improvement and (cost) efficiency.
You will:
- Support business process owners in their responsibility to maintain and improve processes
- Improve Business Process Management maturity for the IT & Data sector
- Update the relevant processes as published in the myProcess (ARIS) environment
- Analyze IT & Data processes to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows
- Improve quality by using Lean & Six Sigma techniques to reduce defects in IT & Data services
- Perform data-driven decision-making relying on process KPIs and data analysis
- Identify waste and unnecessary costs in operations
Education and experience
- 6+ years of process design experience, preferably as an internal or external consultant within a corporate environment (improvement experience beneficial)
- At least 5 years of experience in a large organization, with a solid background in IT & Data environments;
- Experience with ARIS business process analysis & management software
- MSc or BSc in Information Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent in English (essential) and Dutch (desirable)
