Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Design and document MDM processes, workflows, and data models aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper configuration and customization of Informatica MDM solutions.
Define and implement data governance, data quality, and stewardship processes.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business users.
Support integration of MDM with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide guidance for resolution.
Ensure compliance with organizational data standards and regulatory requirements.

Primary Skills:
Expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, IDD (Informatica Data Director), and Business Entity Services.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality tools.
Ability to gather requirements and create functional design documents.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Secondary Skills:
Experience in Customer 360, Product 360, or similar Informatica solutions.
Familiarity with ETL tools, SQL, and integration patterns.
