Role overview :
The Project lead is responsible for leading the ‘PTF Make’ track. Tasks & responsibilities of the Track lead entail: leading the track activities, guiding the team members (both Business and Digital) and ensuring the timely delivery of contractual deliverables in the different project phases (design, build, test, deploy).
The PTF Track lead ensures the quality and reliability of PTF deliverables and the SAP S/4 HANA solutions in the PTF Make domain. This also includes the management of cross track / integration touch points with other tracks.

Key responsibilities:

• Team & Process management
• Lead and mentor the PTF team members during design, build, test and deploy in realizing agreed deliverable
• Ensure alignment of activities and deliverables according to global
• Coordinate with cross track leads
• Manage & communicate with stakeholders in the PTF domain and inter-connected track

Skills & capabilities required:

• Industry / process knowledge Product engineering
• Integral view (overlooking End to End from PLM to Engineering /Manufacturing )
• Lead / facilitate Design workshops (including prep – execution – post processing)
• Understand architecture solution in the domain
• Preferably SAP S/4 HANA knowledge (PTF – Make – SAP PP)
• Manufacturing knowledge in discrete manufacturing
