On this journey, we are looking for OTC Business Analyst who is also interested to take on a wide range of activities.

The Business Analyst will focus on customer messaging, order management, logistics (LSP), and system integrations, identifying process and technical gaps and ensuring feature delivery aligned with business expectations in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify process and technical gaps across O2C, S/4HANA, B2B EDI, and logistics integrations

• Translate business needs into user stories and functional documentation

• Support Agile delivery through sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement

• Coordinate and execute SIT and UAT with internal teams and external partners (LSP)

• Support deployments and act as a subject matter expert for order management and integrations

Skills & Experience:

• Proven Business Analyst experience in Agile environments

• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA (O2C), order management, logistics, and B2B EDI

• Experience with system and logistics integrations (LSP)

• Hands-on experience with SIT/UAT

• Familiar with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
