Job Responsibilities.

• You will transform a separate DEV and a separate OPS team into 1 DevOps team, with an eye for breaking down silos between DEV and OPS, automation, collaboration and chain thinking.
• You bring order, structure and discipline to the team’s
  way of working – You coach and support the Product Owner so that he can really take on his role.
• You are not only a coach on the sidelines, but part of the team and visible in daily practice. You have an eye for team dynamics and personal development.
• You ensure that teams continue to put customer value first, in addition to focusing on technology.
•  You help the teams draw up their strategy and roadmap.
• You help the teams gain insight into their stakeholders and set up key-user groups.
•  You monitor rituals (reviews, retrospectives) and bring sharpness and energy to the collaboration.
•  You remove obstacles for the team and make difficult matters negotiable.
•  You make performance and progress visible with metrics and actively steer towards improvement.

Who are you?

• You are confident and have the power of persuasion.
• You know how to get people on board, even if they resist.
• You have extensive experience (5+ years) with Scrum, SAFe and agile transformations.
• You dare to confront, set boundaries and keep teams and PO sharp.
• You are communicatively strong, transparent and create a culture of openness and improvement.
• You have experience with DevOps teams.
• You have knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 environment.
• You have experience in optimizing and implementing ITIL processes.
