We are becoming an IT-driven organization, using business process modeling to automate workflows and drive efficiency. With Flowable technology integrated into a Node.js/TypeScript stack on AWS, our solutions are thriving and demand is rising. To support this growth, we seek a BPM Developer with strong TypeScript/Node.js expertise to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain complex business process flows using Flowable

• Translate business and value-chain requirements into smart technical solutions

• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and engineers

• Develop backend solutions using TypeScript/Node.js (no frontend development)

• Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD

• Implement security best practices to protect systems and data

• Proactively propose improvements to processes and solutions

Your profile:

• Hands-on experience with Flowable or similar BPM tools (e.g., Camunda)

• Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js

• Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP services

• Knowledge of DocumentDB technologies (e.g., MongoDB)

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Cloud environments, Git, JIRA, and security concepts

• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments is a plus

• Curious, proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills
