As a Medior Data Scientist / Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will build and productionize data pipelines and ML models across the client lifecycle, including churn, benchmarking, and next-best-product use cases. The role requires strong engineering skills and hands-on experience delivering scalable, production-ready ML solutions, particularly using tree-based and clustering models.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain machine learning models and pipelines

• Refactor code and improve model performance and efficiency

• Prepare and analyze data for high-quality model inputs

• Write production-ready code and deploy ML models

• Collaborate within an end-to-end Data Science team and with IT/DevOps

• Clearly communicate models, ideas, and implementations

Your Profile & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist (Medior)

• 6+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer (Senior)

• Strong expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning, especially tree-based and clustering models

• Hands-on experience building, deploying, tuning, and monitoring production ML models

• Strong programming skills with production-ready code in Python and PySpark

• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, databases, and data lakes

• Proficient with Databricks, PySpark, Git, and CI/CD

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure

• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity for complex data, and clear communication skills
